Services
Create. Run. Protect.
One team from the creative through the media buy to the booked job. One production feeds every channel, the same team buys those channels, and one system catches what they send back. Here is all of it.
Create
Creative built to a standard that holds up wherever it lands. One brief and one team, producing a set of assets that covers every channel you buy - the broadcast cut, the vertical social edit, the photography your profile needs, the voice your radio spot reads. Made to work together, because they were planned together.
Video production
The shoot
The shoot is the only part of this that cannot be redone cheaply later. Everything downstream is a cut of what happens here.
Photography library
Stills
Stock photography is the fastest way to look like every other company in your category. Real stills of your crew are the cheapest way not to.
Animated graphics
Motion and titles
Most of your video is watched with the sound off. Motion graphics are how the message survives that.
Channel-specific cuts
One shoot, every ratio
A 30 second landscape spot dropped into Reels reads as an advert nobody asked for. The footage is not the problem, the format is.
Social content
Reels, Shorts, TikTok
Most home service companies do not have a social strategy problem. They have a raw material problem: nothing to post.
Run
One team accountable for the entire process, from the creative through to every channel that brings demand - bought and earned: TV, streaming, paid and organic search, social, radio and local. When five vendors buy five channels you get five different messages, five reports that do not reconcile, and nobody who can move quickly. One team means one message, one standard, and one person to call when something needs to change.
Broadcast TV
Local spot buys
Local broadcast is not what it was, which is exactly why it is worth another look. Fewer local advertisers competing for the same market.
Streaming TV
Streaming
Streaming put television inventory inside a targeting system. You can now run a broadcast quality spot to one zip code and know it played.
Paid Search
Google Ads · PPC · Performance Max
Google Search and Local Services Ads put you in front of someone who already has a problem. The question is whether they pick you or the three competitors sitting next to you.
SEO
Organic search · Technical and content
Paid search stops the day you stop paying. Organic does not. It is slower to build and it compounds, which makes it the one channel that gets cheaper the longer you run it.
Social
Meta · Instagram · TikTok
Meta and TikTok are video platforms with a text feature attached. A static image in that environment is competing against motion, and losing.
YouTube
Pre-roll and search
YouTube is where a homeowner goes to find out whether they can fix it themselves. That is a useful moment to be present for.
Radio
Terrestrial and streaming audio
Radio is the exception to everything else on this site. Video does not run here and never will. What travels from the production is the writing, the voice and the sound - and those are most of what a radio spot is.
Google Local Services Ads
Google Guaranteed
Local Services Ads sit above everything else on the results page, including paid search. You pay per lead rather than per click.
Protect
Your ads earn the click. Then the homeowner searches your name, lands on your site, checks your profile and reads your reviews. If any of that is weak, a competitor gets the call you paid for. This is everything between the click and the booked job.
Reputation
Google Business Profile
Between seeing your ad and dialling your number, the homeowner looks you up. Your Google Business Profile is the page that decides it.
Speed to lead
SMS follow-up and scheduling in minutes, not hours
A homeowner with a leak is not waiting. They are working down the list until somebody picks up.
CRM integration
Spend to booked job
When five vendors report separately, nobody can tell you what actually produced the booked job. Everyone claims the same call.
Response + Routing
AI Voice · Speed to Lead
The most expensive lead in home services is the one that rang and nobody picked up. Everything upstream is wasted at that moment.
AI voice reception
After hours cover
Emergencies do not keep business hours. Neither does the homeowner's willingness to call the next company on the list.
Custom AI systems
Integrations and automations
Most of what happens after a lead arrives is repetitive: tagging it, routing it, chasing it, writing it into the CRM. That work is where leads go cold, and it is the work software is genuinely good at.
Web Development
AI Forms · Maintenance
You can run flawless campaigns into a site that loses the visitor in the first ten seconds. The site is where all the spend either converts or leaks.

Questions worth asking
- What does Wolf Bear Agency do?
- Wolf Bear is a video production and media agency for home service brands. We make the creative, buy and run the channels it goes out on, and build the systems that catch the calls it produces. That covers commercial video and photography, broadcast and streaming TV, radio, paid search, SEO and social, and the response, routing and reputation work that decides whether a lead becomes a booked job.
- Who does Wolf Bear work with?
- Home service and service-based businesses: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, garage doors, roofing and the trades around them. That ranges from single-market operators to national franchise groups. Past work includes Neighborly brands such as Aire Serv and Mr. Electric, Rheem and Ruud, and Welborn Garage Doors.
- Where does Wolf Bear work?
- Wolf Bear is based in Texas and works across Dallas, Houston and Austin, and takes on work throughout the United States. Production travels, and the media buying and marketing systems are run remotely, so the client does not have to be in Texas.
- Is Wolf Bear a video production company or a marketing agency?
- Both, and that is the point of it. Most home service brands hire a production company to make a spot and a separate agency to run the media, which leaves nobody accountable for whether the spot actually produced work. Wolf Bear makes the asset and runs the channels around it, so one team answers for the result.
- What do Create, Run and Protect mean?
- They are the three parts of the work. Create is the assets: video, photography, graphics and channel-specific cuts. Run is every channel that brings demand, bought and earned: broadcast and streaming TV, radio, YouTube, paid search, SEO, Local Services Ads and social. Protect is what happens after the click: the website, reputation and Google Business Profile, speed to lead, call routing, CRM integration and AI reception.
- Does Wolf Bear buy media, or just make the creative?
- We buy and run the media. That means negotiating the schedule, placing the buy, managing the campaigns and reporting against booked jobs rather than impressions. Taking accountability for the buy is what lets the creative be judged on whether it worked.
- What is the free market presence audit?
- It is a written look at what your market already sees of you, handed over whether or not you hire us. It covers where you show up across search, social, streaming and local and where you do not, what your three closest competitors are currently running, and where calls go missing between the click and the booked job. Josh puts it together himself and writes back.
- Does video actually help marketing perform, or is it just brand?
- It does specific, checkable things. Streaming and broadcast inventory require a video asset at all. On a landing page, video gives a visitor a reason to stay rather than return to the results. On social, motion is what the format rewards. What video does not do is mechanically improve ad bidding or search rankings, and any agency telling you otherwise is selling you something.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the audit is for. We look at what your market is running and tell you where the gap is, whether or not you hire us.
